One, go to small claims, and open a case against them. Two, report them to the Better Business Bureau. Three, contact your local channel news stations, they might get a good story. Four, you can move this one to the first option if you want: go back to the shop with a paper from the shop you trust stating what they found and how much it will cost you. Tell them you must speak to the owner or manager, and that if they don't agree to pay for the job or give back the money, you will do all the others things I just wrote. And whatever you do, stay calm and firm on what you say and believe, do not let them change your mind. Good luck, and please, next time, don't bring your Z to just any shop, always take it to someone you really trust. I think this is already written on the Bible or something like that, same story all the time... Good luck again.
